Harghita County
Archaeological discoveries show that the territory of Harghita County was inhabited since the Palaeolithic period and then passed to the Neolithic area belonged to the field of linear culture, the culture of Boian and Precucuteni. In the 13th century the first Szekler settlements appeared, and in the period 1366-1427 the Szekler Chairs were formed.
